This is because 2 pairs of fish owls in Oymapinar Lake became fully nocturnal during the pandemic and are no longer visible in the morning. In addition, there are no boats suitable for night boat tours on the lake. Also Night boat tours are prohibited on the lake. However, you can consider making a reservation after the new year.
