Cancellation policy

Flexible

When booking a tour, it's important to note the date and time of the free cancellation period and refund policy. Each ticket will have this information clearly stated. It's important to make any cancellation or refund requests within this time frame, as requests made after the deadline will not be accepted. For tours that involve air travel, it's not possible to change the reservation date after the cancellation period, so be sure to double-check the deadline on your ticket. This deadline may be 48 hours before the tour departure time for some tours, but for tours with air travel, it may be 72 hours or longer. Again, this information will be indicated on each ticket.

Moderate

Cancellation 10 days or more prior to the agreed activity starting date You are automatically reimbursed for the full activity price

Cancellation between 4 and 10 days prior to the agreed activity starting date You are entitled to a 50% reimbursement

Cancellation 4 days or later, prior to the agreed activity starting date, is considered last-minute cancellations No reimbursements will be effected

Strict

Cancellation 30 days or more prior to the agreed activity starting date You are automatically reimbursed the full activity price

Cancellation between 30 and 10 days prior to the agreed activity starting date You are entitled to a 50% reimbursement

Cancellation 10 days or later, prior to the agreed activity starting date, are considered last-minute cancellations No reimbursements will be effected

Super strict

Cancellation at least 90 days or more prior to the agreed activity starting date You are automatically reimbursed for the full activity price

Cancellation between 90 and 60 days prior to the agreed activity starting date You are entitled to be reimbursed a total of 75% of your total booking value

Cancellation between 60 and 30 days prior to the agreed activity starting date You are entitled to be reimbursed a total of 50% of your total booking value

Cancellation after 30 days prior to the agreed activity starting date No reimbursements will be effected

Cancellation and refund policy for Blue cruise tours

Yacht charters

120 days or more notice for Blue cruise yacht charters: Vigo Tours will accept cancellation, and refund all moneys, except for a 65 Euro per person non refundable administrative fee plus applicable hotel, cruise and air cancellation fees.

119-90 days notice for Blue cruise yacht charters: 50% refund.

89 days or less notice for Blue cruise yacht charters: no refunds of any kind. The remaining balances, equivalent to the full cost of the charter cruise, will be deducted automatically from the credit card provided at the time of booking.

Cabin charters

25 or more days notice for Blue cruise cabin charters: Vigo Tours will accept cancellation and refund all moneys, except for a 25 Euro per person non refundable administrative fee plus applicable hotel, cruise and air cancellation fees.

24-15 days notice for Blue cruise cabin charters: 50% refund.

15 days or less notice for Blue cruise cabin charters: no refunds of any kind.  The remaining balances, equivalent to the full cost of the charter cruise, will be deducted automatically from the credit card provided at the time of booking.

If a refund is payable to you either because of an amendment or cancellation, the refund amount will be calculated according to these conditions and with consideration of evidence of exceptional circumstances. All bank fees incurred for processing/transferring the credited amount to the client will be the responsibility of the client. Clients will be provided with a letter for their travel insurance upon request.

In case of travel impossibilities caused by corona, you have the full right to postpone to a later date in 2021 or 2022 summer. In case you want to cancel completely, 10% service charge is deducted and deposit is returned.
