Daily Tours & Excursions — Cancellation & Refund Policies
Booking a daily tour or excursion with Vigo Tours gives you flexibility, provided that cancellation and refund deadlines are respected. Each ticket clearly states the applicable cancellation period and refund conditions. Requests made after the stated deadline cannot be accepted.

Please note that tours involving air travel have stricter rules, and reservation dates cannot be changed once the free cancellation period has expired. All conditions below are valid together with clauses 16, 17, 17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 17.4, 17.5, 17.6, and 17.7 of the Terms of Use.

Non-Refundable Tours

Terms & Conditions for Blue Cruises

A 30–50% deposit or full payment is required to confirm a booking.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by the client or their appointed agent.

Cancellation fees apply regardless of reason, including health or family matters.

Bank fees for refunds are the responsibility of the client.

Upon request, a travel insurance letter can be provided.
Insurance Information — Blue Cruise, Gulet & Yacht Tours

Insurance is not included unless explicitly stated.

Adequate personal travel insurance is mandatory under Turkish and Greek law.

Insurance must cover accidents, medical expenses, repatriation, luggage loss or damage, and tour or cruise cancellations.

Clients are solely responsible for themselves and their belongings.

No refunds will be issued by Vigo Yachting due to insurance-related issues.
Liability & Operational Conditions

Vigo Yachting is not liable for delays, schedule changes, weather conditions, technical issues, strikes, or force majeure events.

Itineraries may be modified due to unforeseen circumstances, with additional costs borne by the client.

Optional activities not included in the tour price are not covered by this contract.

In case of gulet breakdown, replacement or repair may take up to 24 hours, with no refunds.

Vigo Yachting reserves the right to refuse or remove participants without refund if deemed necessary.

Complaints must be submitted during the tour to the Vigo head office in Antalya.
