Tour guide was excellent considering the tour content and customer base. Cant fault him. However the tour itself was disappointing. Would prefer to be in a group of english speakers, would make the long bus rides and communication much easier. Food was not to my liking and the constant need to pay for extra is tiring. The balloon ride was far too expensive and poorly organised. We didnt see the sunrise by the time we got in the air. Our driver got lost and we spent the first half hour of the morning watching balloons in the air from a cramped mini bus

The tourist guide Sultan is very kind and does his job very well but he speaks a little to much and gives some informations that doesn’t interest anyone, many of the other tourists of the group complained too. Less and direct would be better! The mini bus was too old and not so comfortable! The price was good for what this trip offers! cheap hotel, cheap food and not luxury car. It was everything ok

(4.0)Very safe and wonderful experience with Vigo Tours!
I do not know how to express my gratitude to the Vigo Tours team. Usually I have a style that does not trust travel agencies. I am a person who plans everything on my own during my holidays. In countries where I go on vacation, I prefer to organize places to visit and see on my own without a travel agency. Despite Covid-19, I was going to Antalya on vacation. While trying to get some information about Cappadocia on the web, I entered the Vigo Tours web page. The web page caught my attention and I sent an e-mail to Vigo Tours for a few questions about Cappadocia. They responded within 5 minutes! This was an incredible speed for a travel agency! In a few mails, they gave very clear answers to my questions. My idea of going to Cappadocia on my own ended when I met Vigo Tours, I decided to go with Vigo Tours. and I made my Cappadocia reservation with Vigo Tours. I enjoyed Cappadocia with the wonderful 2-day tour program of Vigo Tours. I did Ballooning at sunrise on the second day, and it was a wonderful experience in one word. With the Vigo Tours Cappadocia tour, I gained an extra day for my Antalya holiday by doing the Cappadocia tour in two days, because I was planning a 3-day Cappadocia tour on my own. I recommend everyone to experience Cappadocia and ballooning. It is impossible for me to find words to describe the incredible views of Cappadocia and the joy of ballooning at sunrise.
