- Ticket and Transfers: The Samos ferry ticket includes both the same-day departure and return. The return ticket cannot be used on a different day.
- Visa Requirements: Russian passport holders need a gate visa to visit Greek islands. Please contact us for the latest visa details.
- Confirmation: To ensure a smooth experience, please confirm your departure/pick-up time at least 24 hours before the tour. Make sure to have your passports and electronic visas ready on the travel day.
- Additional Fees: There is a 10 € transfer fee for guests staying at Davutlar, Güzelçamlı, Golf & Spa, and Özdere Hotels. If arriving with your own vehicle, notify us by email or WhatsApp. The ferry price includes a 10 € port tax, but children aged 0-3 are exempt. Turkish citizens must have a valid Schengen visa and pay the tourist travel tax. Children 0-5 years old travel free, but the port tax applies from age 4.
- Delays and Cancellations: In case of delays or cancellations due to weather conditions, Vigo Tours will refund the full amount with no cancellation penalty.
