Full Description

What Will Be Waiting Below the Surface?

Every cast into the Bosphorus begins with the same question:

What is down there?

A few metres below the boat, powerful currents carry fish between the Black Sea and the Marmara Sea. Bluefish, bonito, mackerel, sea bass and many other species move through these waters throughout the year.

Some days the first fish arrives within minutes.

Other days the excitement builds slowly until a rod suddenly bends and the calm turns into action.

That uncertainty is part of the experience.

The Bosphorus is one of the few places in the world where you can fish between two continents while surrounded by palaces, bridges and the skyline of a city that never stops moving.

Whether you are an experienced angler or trying fishing for the first time, every cast offers the possibility of a new catch and a story worth telling afterwards.

The Fish You Remember Is Not Always the One You Catch

Every fishing trip on the Bosphorus begins with possibility.

The bait disappears beneath the surface. The current carries it away. Nobody knows what will happen next.

Maybe nothing for ten minutes.

Maybe the rod bends on the very first cast.

That uncertainty keeps people fishing.

The Bosphorus is one of the world's great migration routes for fish. Beneath the ferries, bridges and palaces, shoals move constantly between the Black Sea and the Marmara Sea. At any moment, a passing bluefish, bonito, mackerel or sea bass can turn a quiet morning into a story you'll tell for years.

Some guests arrive determined to catch the biggest fish of the day.

Others simply want to feel that moment when something powerful suddenly pulls from the depths.

No experience is required. The equipment is ready, the bait is prepared and guidance is always available.

What happens next belongs to the sea.

And that is exactly why people come.
