When the air conditioner of the bus failed, we had to replace the bus with another bus. We tried to reach you from your phone to give you the bus change information, but you did not write the country code of your phone in the reservation. As a result, we had to quickly arrange for a replacement bus to ensure the comfort and safety of our passengers. We attempted to contact you regarding the change in bus, but unfortunately, we were unable to reach you by phone as the country code was not included in your reservation details. Воспользовались услугами компании, чтобы избежать проблем с поездкой в парк развлечений, т.е. не подгадывать время выезда, не вызывать такси и не стоять в очереди за билетами. Все на высшем уровне. Рано утром пунктуальный водитель забрал нас у главного входа в наш отель, мы заехали еще в пару отелей по дороге и приехали на стоянку парка за 10 минут до его открытия. На стоянке нас уже ждал представитель турагентства, он выдал нам входные браслеты и мы отправились на изучение парка. В парке есть развлечения и для самых маленьких, и адреналиновые аттракционы для подростков и взрослых (водные горки, горка 360 и т.п.). Все аттракционы включены в стоимость, а для покупки еды/напитков/сувениров нужно пополнить баланс браслета. Оплата в парке происходит с помощью него. Автоматы для пополнения расставлены по всему парку, а также пополнять можно в кассах магазинчиков. Времени до закрытия аттракционов с лихвой хватило чтобы без спешки попробовать все самые интересные. Очереди на аттракционы проходили быстро даже без услуги Fast Track, правда стоит учесть, что мы были в конце октября, летом людей в парке больше, очереди длиннее. В 17.00 водитель забрал нас с того же места, где высаживал. Вернулись в отель как раз к ужину. Большое вам спасибо за организацию поездки!

We had an amazing time here! Safety was perfectly spot on! 10/10. I was very worried due to covid-19 but it was very safe and clean! Each ride water ride we went on was sanitised each time when someone used it. There were sanitizing stands everywhere! Quite safe during this pandemic!

An excellent theme park, you can find everything there for fun and adventure, but food and beverage prices are a bit expensive. The wave pool is very exciting. And the slides are amazing!

Fast track it's always really good thing to have, but still waiting time in all lines was not bad at all. It was mainly about our children being impatient.
