Vigo Tours was one of the first agencies to offer rafting tours from Side and has been organizing these tours since 2000. We work with an experienced local team in Köprülü Canyon, where rafting, canyoning, and trekking activities take place.
The tour price includes hotel pick-up and drop-off from all Side hotels, approximately 3 hours of guided rafting on the river, and lunch by the riverside. Canyoning and trekking are available as optional activities.
For guests who would like to keep memories of their day, rafting photos and videos are available at some of the most reasonable prices in Köprülü Canyon.
Want to do something more exciting than lying on the beach all day? Then the Side rafting tour is perfect for you!
Jump into the cold river water of Köprülü Canyon, enjoy beautiful mountain views and have an action-filled day with friends, family or your partner.
One of the best things about rafting from Side is the short transfer time. Side is much closer to Köprülü Canyon than many other holiday resorts.
So instead of sitting in a bus for hours, you spend more time rafting, swimming and having fun.
Most visitors know Side for its beaches and hotels. But only a short drive away, everything changes.
Forests, mountains, rivers and fresh air replace the busy tourist areas. Köprülü Canyon is one of the most beautiful natural places in Türkiye and the perfect escape from the summer heat.
Never tried rafting before? No problem.
The tour is beginner-friendly and professional guides help you during the whole trip. Before starting, everyone gets safety equipment and a short explanation.
Just listen to the guide, paddle with your team and enjoy the ride.
Even during the hottest summer days, the river water stays cold because it comes from the Taurus Mountains.
Yes, you will get wet. Very wet. But that is exactly what makes the tour so fun and refreshing.
The day is not only about action.
Most rafting tours also include:
— swimming breaks
— photo stops
— relaxing by the river
— lunch in nature
So you get both adventure and chill time in one tour.
Rafting tours usually include pickup and drop-off from hotels in:
— Side
— Kumköy
— Evrenseki
— Çolaklı
— Sorgun
— Titreyengöl
Just bring comfortable clothes, water shoes, sunscreen and a towel.
The Side rafting tour is one of the most popular outdoor activities in the region for a reason.
Beautiful canyon views, cold river water, fun rapids and lots of laughter make this one of the best days of your holiday in Side.
Many visitors decide to book their rafting adventure only a day or two before they want to go. During the busy summer months, however, popular dates can sell out quickly, leaving fewer options available.
One of the most common misunderstandings involves the hotel pick-up. Guests often wait in the lobby, while the driver is waiting outside at the hotel's main entrance or security gate. Checking the pick-up instructions carefully can save a lot of stress on the tour day.
A lower price may look attractive, but it doesn't always guarantee the best experience. Professional guides, reliable transportation, quality equipment, and good organization can make a huge difference during a rafting trip.
Some guests show up wearing unsuitable clothing or bring valuables they don't really need. Lightweight clothes, swimwear, water-friendly shoes, and a spare set of dry clothes are usually the best choice for a comfortable day on the river.
Simple mistakes such as entering the wrong hotel name, incorrect contact information, or choosing the wrong date can create unnecessary problems. Taking a minute to review the booking details can help avoid disappointment later.
