When you book a Blue Cruise with Vigo Tours, you are deemed to have accepted the conditions outlined below.
General Rules and Important Notes
Check-in & Check-out Times
— Check-in time is 15:00
— Check-out time is 09:00
Gulet Types and Standards
— All gulets are traditional Turkish-made wooden yachts
— Typically equipped with 2–3 masts
— Lengths vary between 15 and 47 meters
— Used on regular tours with 3 to 16 cabins
— Photos shown are representative examples and may differ from the actual boat
— Standards and comfort levels may vary depending on maintenance and refit schedules
Yacht Assignment
— The name of your gulet cannot be shared until embarkation day
— Cabin allocation is done via a ballot system
Routes and Itineraries
— Cruises generally follow the itinerary stated at booking
— Minor route changes may occur without prior notice
— The captain has full authority to alter the route due to weather or sea conditions
Sailing & Engines
— Gulets primarily operate using engines
— Sailing is possible only when weather and equipment conditions allow
Passenger & Age Policies
Age Limits
— Cabin charter tours are open to guests aged 8 and above
— Children under 8 are not accepted on regular cabin charters
— Age limits may vary on certain routes
— Private charters have no age limit
Cabin Occupancy
— Cabins feature one double bed or two twin beds
— Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 1 child (family trips only)
Group & Charter Requirements
— A minimum of 12 passengers is required for a private charter
Onboard Services & Limitations
Food & Beverages
— Bringing beverages on board is not permitted
— Special dietary products must be brought by guests if needed
Cleaning & Housekeeping
— Full cleaning is provided before and after the cruise
— Daily rubbish collection by crew
— Linen changes only if necessary
Air Conditioning
— Not available on standard cabin charter tours
Medical Devices
— Due to limited power capacity, medical devices cannot be used onboard
Optional Tours & Responsibilities

Problem Resolution & Liability
— The captain is the first point of contact for onboard issues

— Complaints reported after the tour ends cannot be accepted
Maintenance Issues
— Any technical issue will be resolved within 24 hours
— If not possible, a replacement gulet of equal standard will be provided
Marina & Overnight Rules
— On the first and last night, all guests must stay in the departure marina
— Last-day changes are possible only with full passenger agreement
