• Minimum age for participation is 7 years. Children must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
• Not suitable for pregnant women or guests with serious health issues, such as heart conditions or epilepsy.
• Swimming skills are not required. Life jackets are provided and must be worn at all times during rafting.
• What to bring: Swimsuit, shorts, towel, dry t-shirt, and lace-up shoes suitable for water activities.
• Footwear warning: Flip-flops, sandals, or loose shoes are not allowed during rafting.
• No suitable shoes? Special rafting shoes are available for purchase at the site (optional, extra charge).
• Valuables: Phones, watches, jewelry, and other personal items are stored together in the transfer vehicle before the tour. The compartment is locked in the presence of all guests and remains sealed during the entire tour. It is only reopened in the presence of everyone after the tour ends.
• All activities are carried out with professional guides. Safety instructions must be followed without exception.
• The long zipline route (Adler Canyon to Köprülü Canyon) is optional and not included in the base price.
• Weather policy: The tour operates in most weather conditions, but organizers reserve the right to make changes for safety reasons.
