We had an excellent and welcoming experience with the service, and had a fantastic time at the beach. The safari ride was enjoyable, and we received helpful guidance from the instructor. Anyone visiting Turkey should definitely experience it.

From the moment we were picked up in a tatty van with broken seat belts and driven to a piece of shrub land next to some caravans and met our horses we were already regretting booking but we didn’t want to pre-judge. The horses looked thin and in poor state , with tack that was falling to pieces and not correctly put on. At least two of the horses we were to ride looked lame and having difficulty standing even without a rider. Two of our group were larger men with no previous riding experience . They were given horses way too small for them and one of the lane looking horses who struggled to stand when mounted. It was clearly not happy but the guy kept saying to pull hard on the reigns and kick it . It had many weld marks on its flanks already. We were offered no hats then the front horse was led through the dunes to a piece of litter-strewn beach. The lame horse wasn’t happy walking and its novice rider felt very unsafe and another novice rider was left far behind. No care or attention was given at any time to this. We were lined up on the beach for photos then led , walking along the sand like a donkey ride. The lake horse was struggling to walk at this stage so my partner wanted to get off him as it was upsetting him. We called time on the ride at this point and asked to be taken back to the hotel. We were dropped off but then threatened that if we didn’t pay for the full experience he would wait and get us when we left the hotel . We paid some under the threat but refused to pay it all . Even paying some for this horrendous experience was more than we’d have liked. We continued to receive texts and emails for a while after demanding more money to the point we enquired about informing the police. The whole experience was truly awful , from the site of those poor horses to the disappointment that we were so looking forward to this experience. Those horses needed to receive medical care in our opinion and this should not be allowed . If it were in the uk then we would be contacting animal welfare . DO NOT BOOK

Additionally, your friends paid the remaining balance and had a positive experience, while you continue to make unfair accusations about not paying the 80€ balance. Vigo Tours is a reputable 24-year-old tour company and no threats were made towards you. This is the first time we have encountered someone avoiding payment in such a manner. Das Reiten am Strand wäre ja ganz nett gewesen (leider war das Pferd relativ jung und nicht gut zugeritten, hat daher kaum auf die Reiterin reagiert), aber leider ist das Service rundherum schlecht. Wir haben eine Einzelbuchung gemacht und als wir dort aus dem Transferbus ausgestiegen sind, wurde uns sofort gesagt, dass wir das Handy in der Tasche lassen müssen. Sobald wir es verwenden, wird die Reitstunde sofort abgebrochen. Das ist nichts anderes als eine Erpressung! Am Ende wurden uns für ein paar verwackelte Videos und unscharfe Fotos 70,- Euro (!!!) verrechnet. Das ist nichts anderes als Wucher und eine absolute Frechheit!

In den Informationen unserer Website ist klar geschrieben, dass das Telefon während der Reittour nicht benutzt wird. Aus Sicherheitsgründen werden während der Reittour keine Mobiltelefone verwendet. Wir machen jedoch Reittouren, leider keine Fototouren. Außerdem haben wir keine Möglichkeit für Begleitpersonen zu fotografieren. Wenn die Fotos schlecht sind, ist es am besten, sie nicht zu kaufen! Wir wurden pünktlich vom Hotel abgeholt. 20 Minuten später waren wir am Reiterhof. Das Personal war freundlich und sehr höflich. Nach einer kurzen Vorbereitung ritten wir mit Pferden durch die Dünen und über Waldwege zu einem langen und wunderschönen Strand. Einige erfahrene Reiter galoppierten am Strand entlang. Ich und meine Freundin sind zum ersten Mal auf Pferden geritten. Es war wirklich eine super Erfahrung. Danke!
