New Year’s Eve 2027 Dinner Cruise on the Bosphorus

New Year’s Eve on the Bosphorus combines dinner, entertainment and Istanbul’s illuminated waterfront in a single evening program. The cruise takes place on 31 December 2026 and continues into the first hours of 1 January 2027.

The boat departs at approximately 20:30 and returns around 02:00. During the evening, guests sail between the European and Asian sides of Istanbul while dinner, Turkish shows, live music and a DJ performance take place on board.

Dinner and Fixed Table Seating

Each reservation includes pre-arranged table seating. Guests travelling together are seated at the same table whenever the reservation has been made under the same booking.

Dinner includes a selection of cold starters, salad, a choice of main course, dessert and fruit. Unlimited local drinks are included according to the selected package. Imported beverages and premium drink options are only included when specifically stated in the package details.

Vegetarian and vegan meals can be arranged when dietary requirements are provided in advance.

Turkish Shows and DJ Music

The entertainment program runs throughout the evening and includes traditional Turkish dance performances, belly dancing, live dinner music and a DJ set. The music and performances continue toward the midnight countdown and into the first hours of 2027.

Bosphorus Route and Midnight Views

The cruise follows the central section of the Bosphorus, passing many of Istanbul’s best-known waterfront landmarks. Depending on the sailing route, views may include Dolmabahçe Palace, Çırağan Palace, Ortaköy Mosque, the Bosphorus Bridge, Rumeli Fortress, Beylerbeyi Palace and the Maiden’s Tower.

Around midnight, the boat remains within the central Bosphorus area for views of Istanbul’s skyline and New Year celebrations. Visibility of fireworks depends on weather, maritime traffic and celebrations taking place along the shoreline; a specific fireworks display is not guaranteed.

Hotel Transfers and Schedule

Pick-up and drop-off services are available from selected centrally located hotels on Istanbul’s European side. Hotel collection generally takes place between 19:00 and 20:00, depending on the location and traffic conditions.

Guests staying outside the transfer area or on Istanbul’s Asian side can join the cruise without hotel transportation. The confirmed meeting point and boarding details are provided before the event.

The cruise returns to the pier at approximately 02:00. Return transfers then begin for guests whose reservations include transportation.
