In 2023, we successfully provided a wide range of experiences, including daily tours, private yacht trips, airport transfers, bird-watching tours, and blue cruise excursions. Our dedicated Vigo Tours team played a crucial role in this success, demonstrating unwavering commitment and passion. We sincerely thank each team member for their hard work and dedication.

During our operations in Istanbul, Kuşadası, Didim, Bodrum, Marmaris, Fethiye, Kaş, Kemer, Antalya, Belek, Side, Alanya, and Cappadocia, we experienced an exceptionally busy period. Despite the challenges, our team remained committed to delivering outstanding service.

Customer Satisfaction at Vigo Tours

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Throughout the season, we encountered a few challenges due to misunderstandings. However, we are pleased to share that every issue was resolved in favor of our valued customers. We provided refunds and complimentary tours to those with valid concerns, ensuring they could enjoy the rest of their vacation. Looking ahead, we are evaluating our tour program for 2024 and implementing improvements to enhance the customer experience.

2023 Season Reflections

The 2023 season was busy but did not fully meet our expectations. Although we achieved growth, our initial target was set 20% higher than the actual outcome. Factors such as inflation and fluctuating exchange rates in Turkey led us to adjust our pricing strategy mid-season.

We observed that price increases led to cautious spending by holidaymakers, which impacted our growth goals. As we look to 2024, we anticipate prices remaining at 2023 levels.

Success with Polish Customers

We are delighted with the remarkable growth in our Polish customer base, which increased by an impressive 100% compared to last year. The positive feedback we have received from our Polish guests has been truly heartwarming, and we are excited to welcome even more Polish travelers in 2024.
