As Vigo Tours, we are thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of yet another incredibly busy and delightful season. The remarkable expedition we embarked upon in 2000 continues to bring us immense joy and satisfaction.

We cannot express enough gratitude towards our cherished customers who have placed their trust in us for over two decades. It is through their continuous support and patronage that we have had the privilege of serving them. From the depths of our hearts, we extend a heartfelt and sincere thank you!

In 2023, we were immensely successful in executing our operations, offering a range of exceptional experiences such as daily tours, private yacht trips, airport transfers, bird watching tours, and blue cruise excursions. The enthusiasm radiating from the Vigo Tours team played a significant role in achieving this marvelous triumph. Every member demonstrated unwavering dedication, deserving not just admiration but also an immense "THANK YOU" from the bottom of our hearts.

During our season in Istanbul, Kuşadası, Didim, Bodrum, Marmaris, Fethiye, Kaş, Kemer, Antalya, Belek, Side, Alanya, and Cappadocia, we experienced an incredibly busy period. Although there were days when we were overwhelmed, our dedicated team members never let exhaustion hinder our service. Their unwavering support for one another was truly exceptional.

At Vigo tours, ensuring customer satisfaction is a topmost priority

Throughout the season, we encountered a few challenges with some of our valued customers. These instances arose mostly due to misunderstandings between our team and our esteemed customers. However, it brings us great joy to share that we wholeheartedly resolved each and every issue in favor of our treasured customers.

We were delighted to provide refunds and complimentary tours to the select customers who were dissatisfied with our service due to valid reasons. Our aim was to ensure they could enjoy the rest of their vacation with utmost pleasure. Additionally, we are currently in the process of evaluating our entire tour program for the upcoming 2024 season and implementing improvements to make it even more user-friendly.

What did we hope for and what did we get in the 2023 season?

To begin with, let's address the fact that the 2023 season turned out to be quite hectic, although it didn't quite meet our expectations. Vigo Tours, which commenced its tour operation service back in 2000, witnessed growth during the 2023 season. However, our anticipations for 2023 were set 20% higher than what we actually achieved.

Prices and predictions

Due to high inflation and low exchange rates in Turkey, the initial 20% increase in prices in Euro terms was relatively withdrawn in some activities as of the middle of the season.

The uneasiness seen in customer demands, which we thought were caused by price increases, was the biggest obstacle to reaching our 2023 growth target. We have seen that holidaymakers tend to cut back on their spending.

Although it is difficult to make a clear prediction for 2024, we think that prices will be at 2023 levels.

Our Polish customers

We are thrilled with the success of the 2023 season, particularly due to the remarkable rise in our Polish customers. We have witnessed a tremendous growth of up to 100% in our Polish customer base compared to last year. What truly warms our hearts is the overwhelming positive feedback we receive from our Polish customers. We are genuinely grateful for their support and cannot wait to welcome even more Polish customers in 2024. Poland, your continued trust means the world to us. Thank you!

What do we expect for the 2024 season?

In 2024, we foresee a wonderful surge in customer demands! Get ready for an even better season compared to 2023! Excitingly, we have already started receiving reservations for 2024, and the trend is continuing.
