There are also around 10 flights to Soganli and Çat regions, with prices approximately 35% lower than Göreme.

If you stay in a hotel in the Cappadocia region, pick-up from your hotel before the balloon tour and drop-off service to your hotel after the tour are included in the Cappadocia balloon fee.

Where will we meet for pickup in the morning?

If my flight get cancelled due to weather conditions

First of all, let's talk about the weather conditions and wind speed during the sunrise flight. Unfortunately, if the wind exceeds 11 km per hour, the flight will have to be cancelled.

Civil Aviation authorities inform balloon operators every morning whether the flight will continue or not. This information can also be accessed at http://shm.kapadokya.edu.tr/. Seeing the Green Flag waving at sunrise indicates that the flight has been approved. Conversely, if weather conditions deteriorate significantly, Civil Aviation will cancel the flight with 24 hours notice. If the weather is not suitable for ballooning, the flight situation will be re-evaluated on the day of the flight. However, if the weather worsens and a Red Flag is raised by the Civil Aviation Authority, all guests will be taken back to their hotels.

If the flight is canceled due to bad weather conditions, your reservation can be transferred to the next day depending on the general reservation density and availability. And unfortunately your flight may not be confirmed for the next day. In this case, all your money will be refunded to you.

When can i Expect to know the pick up time?
