Was told pick up 18.45 after standing waiting for 20 minutes asked hotel reception to call and they were told they had sent me an email to say changed to 19.30 which I never received. Bus was dirty and uncomfortable. Driver unfriendly and sat talking to his female colleague whole trip constantly answering telephone. Voucher received said price was for transfer and entry but you don't pay to enter after 17.00 anyway so misleading. Driver dropped you off in middle of large car park and said be back for 23.00 with no instruction where we had to go. Return dropped off on road opposite hotel next time will just book a taxi

As you can see, the pickup time notification from your hotel was sent to you on May 2 at 10 am (32 hours before the departure time). Next time, don't take a taxi, we will take you there for free. Land of Legends Aqupark section is paid until 17:00 and closes at 17:00. The Land of Legends shopping arcade, where the night show takes place, is always free. We charged you a transfer fee of €15 per person. Land of Legends is 50 km from your hotel and you need to pay at least 60€ for a taxi one way. Returning by taxi from there is more expensive. We had booked to go to Land of Legends. It was raining when we had booked it, which isn’t VigoTours’ fault. However, we were completely unaware that the boat shows would be cancelled at Land of Legends. The whole floor at Land of Legends was flooded and there was not much to do because it was freezing and no one wanted to shop. Everyone returned to the coach early but the driver set off home 15 minutes late. I wish we had been told that the boat shows would be cancelled and how wet and flooded it would be. Would like a refund

I think the price for the trip go and back was too expensive. 15€ per Person is a lot of money.

As you may know, the rental prices for transportation vehicles and fuel prices are quite steep here. Just to give you an idea, the distance from Side to Land of Legends is about 50 km. If you were to take a round trip in a yellow taxi, it would cost you roughly 100€. Now, let's break it down for a family of 4. With the taxi, each person would end up paying around 25€. However, if you choose to go with Vigo Tours, the cost per person for a family of 4 would be only 15€. Quite a difference, isn't it? We hope this info helps! Best regards from Vigo Tours.

Die Abholung hat super geklappt. Pünktlich , netter Busfahrer. Der Bus selber war eine Katastrophe, kaputte Sitze kein Licht beim einsteigen Klett an den Sitzen , man ist ständig mit den Haaren hängen geblieben. Die Show war super und die Zeit hat ausgereicht.

Die Fahrt zum Land of Legends hat bestens geklappt. Der Fahrer war bei Hin-und Rückfahrt sehr pünktlich. Er ist vernünftig gefahren. Besser wäre die Rückfahrt auf 23.30 Uhr, statt 23 Uhr zu legen.
