- Important duration notice: The 13 hours shown on this page is not a guaranteed total time from hotel pickup to hotel drop-off. This long day trip starts very early and returns at night. Lake Salda, Pamukkale, meals, partner stops and traffic may take the trip beyond 13 hours. Avoid fixed evening plans.
- Hotel transfers included: Guests may board the tour coach directly at the hotel or use an included taxi to the coach on the main road. The same may apply on return, without an extra charge.
- Pickup areas: Beldibi, Göynük, central Kemer, Kiriş, Çamyuva and Tekirova.
- Distance: About 275 km on the direct road from central Kemer to Pamukkale; the tour route via Lake Salda and hotel locations can add distance.
- Guided excursion. Confirm the guiding language for your selected date if required.
- Pamukkale and Hierapolis tickets plus breakfast, lunch and dinner included. Drinks and personal purchases are extra.
- Cleopatra's Antique Pool and other thermal options cost extra and may be unavailable.
- Remove shoes only in open travertine walking areas; Hierapolis has uneven paths. Bring walking shoes, sun protection and water.
- Sponsored stops: Local partner visits help keep the excursion price affordable. Shopping is completely optional.
- Stop order and timings vary. The confirmed pickup instructions are provided after booking.
- The tour always operates with English-language guiding. Russian-guided tours run in summer and much of the year. Polish guiding is available in summer; in low season there must be enough Polish participants. German guiding needs sufficient German-speaking participants. No Turkish-language guide is offered. Confirm the language for the chosen date.
- Tour-vehicle passenger seat insurance is included in the price.
- Barefoot walking areas of Pamukkale's travertines are not wheelchair-accessible. With suitable transport and operating conditions, the tour vehicle may take wheelchair users to the pool area, but the travertines remain inaccessible. Discuss mobility requirements before booking.
- No fast-track or skip-the-line admission is provided. Standard entry is usually straightforward, although queues may occur.
- Cancellation and refunds: Customer cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the tour starts. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure are non-refundable.
- Infants and seats: Infants travelling free of charge sit on a parent's lap and do not have a separate seat. For children old enough to use their own seat, the guide may request an additional payment during the tour. Please declare children's ages and seating needs when booking.
- Time at Pamukkale: The programme usually provides approximately 2–3 hours for Pamukkale's travertines and Hierapolis. Longer visits may not be possible because of the long outward and return journeys.
- Meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included. Meals are standard excursion meals; a buffet or special menu is not guaranteed. Vegetarian meals are possible, and the guide will do their best to help with your request. Please mention dietary needs in advance.
- Slippery surfaces: Wet travertine surfaces can be slippery. Walk carefully and barefoot only in permitted visitor areas.
- Lake Salda protection rules: The lake stop is for sightseeing and photographs. Entering the water or swimming is prohibited in protected sections such as the White Islands area; follow local rules.
- Hierapolis Archaeology Museum: Museum admission is not included in the tour price and requires a separate payment. A visit is only possible as an optional activity if the timetable allows.
Meeting Point
The meeting point is normally the hotel's main outer entrance or security gate. If the coach does not collect guests directly, an included taxi takes them from the hotel to the main-road coach. Follow your booking confirmation for the precise pickup time and location.
