- Plan for a long day: Hotel pickup is very early in the morning and the return to Belek is at night. No short driving-time estimate is guaranteed.
- Distance: The route from Belek to Pamukkale via Lake Salda is roughly 300 km, varying with the hotel and roads used.
- Bring comfortable shoes, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses and drinking water. Hierapolis has uneven ground and exposed sections.
- Remove shoes where barefoot walking on the designated travertine areas is permitted.
- Bring swimwear and a towel if considering an optional thermal pool visit. Cleopatra's Antique Pool costs extra and may be closed.
- Pamukkale and Hierapolis entrance tickets, hotel transfer and breakfast, lunch and dinner are included. Drinks and personal purchases are not.
- Sponsored stops: The programme includes visits to local partner businesses, which help support an affordable excursion price. Browsing is welcome, and shopping is completely optional.
- Stop order, available activities and timing depend on weather, traffic and local operating conditions. Your exact pickup details will be confirmed after booking.
- The tour always operates with English-language guiding. Russian-language tours run during summer and much of the year. Polish-language tours run in summer and, in low season, require a sufficient number of Polish participants. German guiding requires sufficient German-speaking participants. No Turkish-speaking guide is provided. Confirm your preferred language for the selected date.
- Passenger seat insurance on the tour vehicle is included in the tour price.
- The barefoot walking areas on Pamukkale's travertines are not wheelchair-accessible. If the vehicle and operating conditions permit, the tour vehicle may take wheelchair users to the pool area, but the travertines remain inaccessible to wheelchairs. Advise us of any mobility needs before booking.
- There is no fast-track or skip-the-line entrance service. Regular entry is usually straightforward, but queues depend on attendance.
- Cancellation and refunds: Customer cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the tour starts. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure are non-refundable.
- Infants and seats: Infants travelling free of charge sit on a parent's lap and do not have a separate seat. For children old enough to use their own seat, the guide may request an additional payment during the tour. Please declare children's ages and seating needs when booking.
- Time at Pamukkale: The programme usually provides approximately 2–3 hours for Pamukkale's travertines and Hierapolis. Longer visits may not be possible because of the long outward and return journeys.
- Meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included. Meals are standard excursion meals; a buffet or special menu is not guaranteed. Vegetarian meals are possible, and the guide will do their best to help with your request. Please mention dietary needs in advance.
- Slippery surfaces: Wet travertine surfaces can be slippery. Walk carefully and barefoot only in permitted visitor areas.
- Lake Salda protection rules: The lake stop is for sightseeing and photographs. Entering the water or swimming is prohibited in protected sections such as the White Islands area; follow local rules.
- Hierapolis Archaeology Museum: Museum admission is not included in the tour price and requires a separate payment. A visit is only possible as an optional activity if the timetable allows.

Pickup is arranged from your hotel, usually at the main entrance facing the road. If the tour coach does not collect guests directly, an included taxi transfer takes you from the hotel to the coach on the main road. Follow the pickup instructions in your booking confirmation.
