Important Information and Policies for Your Yacht Tour

Port Charges

Guests are required to pay a port charges tax of €75 per person in cash upon boarding the yacht. Please note that credit card payments are not accepted for this fee.

Reservation and Payment Terms

• A 30% down payment is required to confirm your reservation within 7 days of booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid at least 60 days prior to the tour start date.
• Failure to complete payment on time will result in cancellation according to the cancellation policy.

Onboard Air Conditioning

• The air conditioning system is centrally controlled and operates for a maximum of 8 hours daily, as scheduled by the captain.
• Air conditioning cannot be used while the yacht is docked, in compliance with port authority regulations.

Cabin Amenities

• Each cabin includes a private WC/shower and air conditioning facilities.

Payment and Food Regulations

• Optional land tours and bar payments must be made in cash as credit or debit cards are not accepted on board.
• Bringing outside food and beverages on board is strictly prohibited.
