8.2 Before purchasing tickets for special occasions, theatre performances, or programs, it is essential to review the terms of use carefully. In certain cases, these tickets may be non-refundable and non-changeable once purchased and confirmed. For any inquiries regarding the finality of a reservation, the Customer Care team is available to assist you.
8.3 Our terms of use specify that requests for date changes are subject to the availability of our suppliers and/or service providers. While we will make every effort to accommodate such requests, their success cannot be guaranteed.
8.4 When requesting a change to your tour date, please ensure that the request is submitted at least 2 days prior to the original departure date. Vigotours.com will make every effort to accommodate such requests. However, changes requested within 2 days of the departure date may incur additional fees.
8.5 When utilizing a discount or special offer on Vigotours.com, please note that the website reserves the right to honor or revoke the discounted pricing based on any post-purchase changes or adjustments to your itinerary. While Vigotours.com may choose to uphold the discount or offer, this decision is solely at their discretion. Reviewing the terms of use carefully before making a purchase is strongly advised.

9.1 If you find the terms of use unsatisfactory, you are entitled to request a full refund of the amount paid for the product or service. However, such requests must be submitted in a timely manner and via email.
9.2 In the event of significant changes to a booking, tour, product, or event, our agents, service providers, and suppliers will notify us in advance. We will make every reasonable effort to inform the relevant parties, including the consumer, travel agent, or distributor, to amend or reissue the booking where possible. Please note that such actions are subject to our terms of use.
Prices & Inclusions/Exclusions

For tours that include accommodation, single room supplements are not covered in the prices. Additionally, Vigo Tours does not offer double room sharing arrangements for solo travelers.
Settlements & Terminations
15. The Vigotours.com website offers secure online payment options, allowing customers to complete purchases using credit cards or PayPal.
15.1 When making a payment via credit card or PayPal, an additional handling fee of 3.5% may apply. This surcharge is implemented to cover the costs associated with processing electronic payments.
15.2 To confirm your booking, full payment or a deposit must be made online using a credit card or PayPal. The transaction will appear on your credit card statement as either "Vigotours.com" or "PayPal."
15.3 For certain activities, such as the Dinner Bosphorus Cruise, additional fees may apply when settling the balance using a credit card.
Cancellation policy to be applied in cancellations made by the customer (buyer)
16. Full payment for all services, including accommodations, meals, and other packages, is required prior to the commencement of the sightseeing tour or service. Once the tour or service has begun, no refunds will be issued for any booked services. To avoid inconvenience or cancellation, it is imperative to ensure that all payments are completed in full before the tour or service start date.
17. When booking with Vigotours.com, please note that canceling your reservation may incur cancellation charges, which will be clearly detailed in your booking information. Additionally, third-party providers may impose their own cancellation fees as per their respective terms of use. If you decide to cancel, the total cancellation fees will be communicated to you via email, text message, or phone call. It is strongly advised to review all applicable cancellation policies thoroughly before confirming your reservation.
17.1 Before purchasing tickets for an event, it is essential to carefully review the terms of use, as certain tickets—such as those for special occasions, attractions, theaters, shows, or vouchers—may be non-refundable. To prevent any misunderstanding or dissatisfaction, it is advisable to contact the Client Care team beforehand to confirm the applicable refund policy.
17.2 Before booking an excursion or travel plan during a unique occasion period, please be aware that such bookings may be non-refundable. To avoid any confusion or disappointment, it is strongly recommended to contact our Customer Care team in advance to verify the applicable terms of use. For date change requests submitted less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure time (excluding tours involving air travel), the change may be accommodated; however, the new tour date will not qualify for free cancellation or refund.
17.3 If a client decides to cancel their tour, the cancellation policy applies as follows. For cancellations made more than 2 days before the scheduled tour date, the client will receive a full refund, subject to a €10 management fee deducted per booking. For cancellations made less than 2 days before the tour date, no refund will be issued. It is important to note that the refundable cancellation period may vary depending on the product, and this information is detailed on the respective product page.
17.4 Before booking a tour, it is essential to carefully review the free cancellation and refund policy, which is clearly outlined on each ticket. Cancellation or refund requests must be submitted within the specified time frame. For tours involving air travel, it is important to note that reservation dates cannot be modified after the cancellation period has ended. The cancellation deadline varies by tour, with some requiring at least 48 hours' notice before departure, while others, particularly those involving air travel, may require 72 hours or more. Always double-check the cancellation deadline on your ticket to prevent any potential issues.
17.5 For reservations made for the next day or reservations made in the evening for tours departing the following morning, any deposit paid is non-refundable, regardless of the reason or circumstances, if cancellation is requested. The €10 deposit per ticket is non-refundable under any conditions. If the deposit exceeds €10, only the amount above €10 will be refunded. If the deposit is less than €10, no refund will be issued. In cases where incorrect reservations are made by the customer, whether within or outside the cancellation and refund period, and the customer refuses to accept a correction despite the opportunity for adjustment, the €10 deposit per ticket will remain non-refundable.
17.6 If reservations made on the same day as the tour date are canceled by the customer, no refund will be issued. Similarly, reservations made less than 48 hours before the tour time, falling within the 48-hour free cancellation period, will not be refunded if canceled for any reason. Refund requests for cancellations outside the free cancellation period will also not be accepted, except in cases of illness verified by a doctor's report. If a valid medical report confirms that the patient is unable to attend the tour on the scheduled date, a refund will be processed, deducting a service fee of €10 per ticket, with the remaining amount refunded.
17.7 Reservation cancellation requests must be submitted by the individual who made the reservation by logging into their account on vigotours.com. The username and password required for accessing the account are provided at the bottom of the e-ticket. Cancellation requests will not be accepted via phone, SMS, email, WhatsApp, or other social media platforms. The email address [email protected] is designated solely for sending e-tickets and is not intended for submitting cancellation requests.
17.8 Notes, warnings, and directions provided during the reservation process are essential and must be carefully followed. Vigo Tours is not responsible for any issues arising from reservations made despite these notes, warnings, or guidance. Such circumstances do not grant customers the right to a refund.
17.9 Online registration is mandatory for booking any tour or activity on the Vigo Tours website. However, if registration is completed through WhatsApp or other social media channels, and payment is made in cash, via bank transfer, or through the web link provided by Vigo Tours, the cancellation and refund policies outlined herein will still apply.
17.10 Guests who fail to be ready for pick-up at their hotels or designated meeting points at the specified time provided by Vigo Tours, who are not present at the pick-up location on time, and who consequently do not participate in the tour for these reasons, will not be entitled to a refund.
17.11 Single-entry QR tickets, such as those for Hagia Sophia, are anonymous and remain valid for up to 60 days. These tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. They may be used by any individual who possesses the QR code.
Visas & Insurance policy
18. Visa and insurance policies differ based on the country and destination. It is the responsibility of all passengers, regardless of their nationality, to contact the consulate of the destination country to confirm compliance with current entry requirements.
19. Visa and health insurance policies for international travel are subject to change without prior notice. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to verify the current health and visa requirements with the relevant consulate before departure. This precaution ensures that you possess the necessary documentation and coverage for a smooth and trouble-free journey.
20. It is strongly advised to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy before starting your journey. Such a policy offers financial protection against unexpected cancellations or changes to your travel plans, as many insurance policies cover cancellation fees and related expenses. It is essential to thoroughly review the details of your insurance policy to understand its coverage.
20.1 Insurance is not included in the prices for Blue Cruise tours unless explicitly stated. Under Turkish and Greek law, all clients are required to have adequate insurance covering, at a minimum, personal accidents, death, medical and repatriation expenses, loss, theft, or damage to luggage, as well as the cancellation or early termination of a tour or cruise. This insurance should also cover any planned adventure activities from the time of booking until the conclusion of the tour or cruise. Clients are solely responsible for their personal belongings and arranging their own insurance. VIGO Yachting will not be held liable for any costs or expenses related to insurance and does not offer refunds, either partial or full, for amounts paid.
Disclaimers & Limitations of Obligation
21. Vigotours.com, along with its agents, affiliates, providers, and representatives, shall not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of the website. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of information, income, services, opportunities, goodwill, reputation, or any losses incurred by third parties, whether such losses were foreseeable or not. Additionally, the company disclaims responsibility for any indirect, substantial, special, or exemplary damages, regardless of the nature of the claim or action.
22. Vigotours.com and its representatives, along with its service providers, disclaim liability for any injuries, damages, losses, accidents, delays, abnormalities, liabilities, or costs incurred by individuals or their property due to the actions or omissions of hotels, service providers, or other entities involved in delivering services included in the tours. While Vigotours.com facilitates arrangements for hotels, tours, transportation, and other itinerary-related services, it cannot be held responsible for any incidents arising from such arrangements.
23. Vigotours.com, along with its agents and providers, assumes no responsibility for any incidents or disruptions caused by sickness, theft, labor disputes, equipment malfunctions, government restrictions, acts of war or terrorism, adverse weather conditions, transportation failures, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
24. All materials provided by Vigotours.com, including but not limited to information, names, images, pictures, logos, prices, dates, and availability related to Vigotours.com and its affiliated websites, providers, operators, and distribution partners, are offered on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any representations or warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the maximum extent permitted by law. This includes implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security, and accuracy.
25. While Vigotours.com makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the services and products offered, it cannot guarantee that the website's performance, materials, or information will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free. Furthermore, the website and its servers cannot be guaranteed to be free from viruses or other harmful software. If any provision of this agreement is found to be prohibited, void, or unenforceable in any state or jurisdiction where it is intended to be effective, that specific provision will be deemed invalid only within that jurisdiction. The remaining provisions of this agreement will continue to be valid, binding, and enforceable in full force and effect.
27. For the comfort and health of all passengers, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bus during excursions. However, on extended tours, scheduled stops will be made to allow smokers to step outside and smoke.
28. For your safety, it is essential to keep your seat belt fastened at all times while the vehicle is in motion.
29. Passengers are solely responsible for their baggage and any personal items they bring on board during transportation. The transportation company assumes no liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the journey.
30. Vigotours.com shall not be held responsible for any delays resulting from heavy traffic congestion.
31. When planning a tour, it is essential to consider that the itinerary may need adjustments due to seasonal factors or unforeseen circumstances. For instance, some museums or historical sites might be closed for renovations or repairs, and during hot summer months, outdoor activities may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid excessive heat. Tour guides will make every effort to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience; however, flexibility is crucial in travel planning. Furthermore, Vigo Tours cannot be held liable for restrictions or prohibitions imposed at the last minute by competent authorities on tour content unrelated to the main focus of the tour. In such cases, refunds cannot be requested.
32. Vigotours.com does not provide any services related to photographs or videos taken during tours. Such services are managed independently by the respective tour providers or service providers. As a result, Vigotours.com cannot be held responsible for any issues concerning the pricing, quality, or delivery of these images and videos.
33. To provide more affordable prices, we frequently collaborate with local companies across Turkey to organize overnight trips and day tours. This partnership enables us to offer a broader range of options and experiences to our customers while maintaining cost efficiency. Such cooperation is essential for delivering memorable and accessible travel opportunities to all.
Price policy for children
34. Child and group discounts are available, with the price policy for children varying based on the specific tour, activity, or show. It is essential to review the details and reservation page for each event to understand the applicable rates. For tours that include meals, please note that children who do not pay the tour fee will not be served food.
35. All matters related to any type of reservation will be governed by Turkish legislation.
36. To ensure a seamless pick-up experience, guests are requested to be ready at the main entrance of their resort at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Please be aware that pick-up times may be delayed due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
37. Guests must arrive promptly at the designated pick-up location provided by the tour guide. To ensure that all participants can fully enjoy the planned itinerary, tours will not wait for late arrivals.
38. Payments for the tour are processed based on the prevailing exchange rates for British pounds, US dollars, and Turkish Lira on the day of the tour.
