When booking a tour, it's important to note the date and time of the free cancellation period and refund policy. Each ticket will have this information clearly stated. It's important to make any cancellation or refund requests within this time frame, as requests made after the deadline will not be accepted. For tours that involve air travel, it's not possible to change the reservation date after the cancellation period, so be sure to double-check the deadline on your ticket. This deadline may be 48 hours before the tour departure time for some tours, but for tours with air travel, it may be 72 hours or longer. Again, this information will be indicated on each ticket. It is valid together with clauses 16, 17, 17.1, 17.2, 17.3, 17.4, 17.5, 17.6 and 17.7 in the terms of use (https://vigotours.com/p/terms-of-use).

If the reservation is canceled by the customer 48 hours before departure, the flight fee will not be refunded and the amount other than the flight fee will be fully refunded. Flight refund is possible with extra payment. The amount paid for the Full Refund Right is non-refundable.

Cancellation and refund policy for Blue cruise tours
Yacht charters
120 days or more notice for Blue cruise yacht charters: Vigo Tours will accept cancellation, and refund all moneys, except for a 65 Euro per person non refundable administrative fee plus applicable hotel, cruise and air cancellation fees.
119-90 days notice for Blue cruise yacht charters: 50% refund.
89 days or less notice for Blue cruise yacht charters: no refunds of any kind. The remaining balances, equivalent to the full cost of the charter cruise, will be deducted automatically from the credit card provided at the time of booking.
Cabin charters - Blue Cruises (except | Tour ID: 339)
Refund rates in case of cancellation by the participant
61 days before the tour departure date: 80%
60 to 24 days refund: 55%
23 to 16 days refund: 35%
15 to 10 days refund: 30%
9 to 1 day: refund: 10%
On tour departure day: no refund.
If a refund is payable to you either because of an amendment or cancellation, the refund amount will be calculated according to these conditions and with consideration of evidence of exceptional circumstances. All bank fees incurred for processing/transferring the credited amount to the client will be the responsibility of the client. Clients will be provided with a letter for their travel insurance upon request.
Cancellation policy for Blue Cruise: Kemer - Kekova - Kemer | Tour ID: 339
If you provide 25 or more days notice, Vigo Tours will accept the cancellation and refund all money, except for a non-refundable administrative fee of 25 Euros per person, as well as any applicable hotel, cruise, and air cancellation fees.
If you provide 24-15 days notice, you will receive a 50% refund.
If you provide 15 days or less notice, no refunds of any kind will be given. The remaining balance, equivalent to the full cost of the charter cruise, will be automatically deducted from the credit card provided at the time of booking.
Terms & Conditions for Blue cruises
The holidays offered on this website are subject to the following conditions. The individual whose name is mentioned on the agreement will act as the leader of the group and thereby agrees to these terms and conditions on behalf of all individuals listed on, substituted, or added to the booking form.
All prices displayed on the website are up to date at the time of its publication. The information provided here is based on the most recent data available. We retain the right to modify any of the amenities, services, itineraries, prices, or vehicles mentioned here, without assuming any responsibility for compensation or refunds.
To confirm a booking, a 30-50% deposit or full payment must be received by VIGO Yachting.
You have the flexibility to cancel your reservation at any time, but please note that cancellation fees will be applicable. For your cancellation to take effect, we kindly request a written request from either yourself or your appointed Agent. Regardless of the reason for the cancellation, including health or family matters, the following fees will be imposed:
Yacht charters with notice of 120 days or more: You will receive a full refund of all payments made, excluding a non-refundable administrative fee of 65 Euros per person. Additionally, any applicable cancellation fees for hotels, cruises, and airfare will also be deducted.
Yacht charters with notice between 119 and 90 days: You will be eligible for a 50% refund.
Yacht charters with notice of 89 days or less: Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided. In this case, the remaining balance of the charter cruise cost will be automatically deducted from the credit card used for the booking.

Insurance on Blue cruise, Gulet and yacht tours
Insurance for Blue Cruise tours is not included in the prices, unless specifically stated. According to Turkish and Greek Law, all clients must have sufficient insurance that covers personal accidents, death, medical expenses, repatriation costs, loss, theft, or damage of luggage, as well as tour or cruise cancellations or early terminations. This insurance should also include coverage for any planned adventure activities from the time of booking until the end of the tour or cruise. The client and their personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the client. It is your complete responsibility to arrange your own insurance. VIGO Yachting will not be held responsible for any insurance-related expenses or costs. VIGO will not offer any refunds, whether partial or full, for any payments made.
Cancellation Policy for Cabin Charters
In exceptional circumstances, if a refund is applicable due to an amendment or cancellation, the refund amount will be determined based on the aforementioned conditions and considering evidence of such exceptional circumstances. Any bank fees incurred during the processing or transfer of the credited amount to the client will be the responsibility of the client.
Upon request, clients can receive a letter for their travel insurance, providing necessary information for claims.

Please note that the prices mentioned do not include any kind of insurance for clients, unless explicitly stated otherwise. According to both Turkish and Greek Law, it is mandatory for all clients to have adequate insurance that covers, at the very least, personal accidents, death, medical and repatriation expenses, loss/theft/damage of luggage, and tour/cruise cancellation or curtailment. This insurance should also include coverage for any planned adventure activities from the time of booking throughout the entire duration of the tour/cruise. Please be aware that as a client, you are solely responsible for yourself and your belongings. It is your responsibility to arrange for your own insurance. VIGO Yachting will not be held liable for any costs or expenses arising from this matter, and we cannot guarantee any refunds, whether partial or full, of the amount paid.
The liabilities of VIGO and/or its agents are limited. VIGO is not liable for any delays or changes in schedules, equipment breakdowns, labor strikes, theft, loss or damage of baggage, or injuries related to hotel/gulet accommodation, meals, baggage handling, war or terrorism (whether threatened or actual), unfavorable weather conditions, or any other associated matters. Any losses or expenses arising from such incidents shall be the responsibility of the client.
We retain the right to modify an itinerary post-departure due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. In such urgent situations, any additional costs required for necessary alterations to the itinerary will be the responsibility of the client. We disclaim any liability for incidental expenses, including accommodations, visas, vaccinations, or non-refundable flights, that may occur as a result of itinerary changes.
Please note that optional activities which are not included in the tour price are not part of the tour or covered by this contract. While your tour guide may assist you in arranging these optional activities, it is important to understand that we are not liable for any issues or concerns related to them. The contractual agreement for these activities will be solely between you and the provider offering the optional activity.
VIGO Yachting retains the right to modify any aspect of the itinerary, carrier, hotel accommodations, or any other relevant element at any given time. Additionally, please be aware that the advertised prices are subject to change as a result of increases in gasoline prices or other similar factors. In such instances, each passenger may be required to pay an additional amount reflecting the price increase for the trip.
In the event of a breakdown of a gulet, VIGO and/or its representatives will have a maximum of 24 hours to rectify the problem by either repairing the gulet or replacing it with another compatible vessel. Please note that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
VIGO Yachting holds the authority to refuse, accept, or dismiss any tour participant, at its sole discretion, either before or during the trip, if their presence proves incompatible with the overall satisfaction and well-being of other members. In such cases, no reimbursement will be provided.
In the unlikely scenario of any discontentment, clients are required to present their grievances concerning the cruise or tour to the VIGO head office in Antalya. This ensures immediate measures can be taken by VIGO to rectify the issue. Please note that complaints made afterwards will not be taken into consideration. Moreover, bookings availing discounts under special offers or promotions are not eligible for refunds.
Agent's duty: It is the responsibility of the agent to inform VIGO Yachting about any specific requests you may have and to communicate any changes or modifications advised by VIGO YACHTING to you.
In the event that a client does not participate in a tour, joins after its commencement, or departs before its completion, no refund will be provided.
