Participation Requirements
Driver and Passenger Ages
Drivers must be at least 17 years old. Children aged 7 and over may participate as passengers, subject to the operator’s safety rules.
Driving Licence and Experience
A driving licence and previous buggy experience are not required. Every driver receives instructions and completes a supervised practice drive before entering the main route.
Buggy Capacity
Each buggy can carry a maximum of two people: one driver and one passenger. Solo participants can use a buggy individually.
Tour Duration and Driving Rules
Duration
The complete experience lasts approximately four hours, including hotel transfers, preparation and breaks. The guided buggy ride lasts approximately 1–1.5 hours.
Group Driving
The safari operates as a guided group activity. Participants must follow the lead vehicle, maintain a safe distance and remain with the group throughout the route.
Restricted Driving
Racing, overtaking, speeding and leaving the designated route are not permitted. Participants must follow all instructions given by the guides.

Off-Road Terrain
The route includes dusty tracks, rugged paths, bends and uneven natural surfaces. Ground conditions may vary depending on the weather.
Dust and Dirt
Participants should expect to become dusty or dirty. Mud and occasional water splashes may form part of the experience when ground conditions allow.
Clothing and Equipment
Recommended Clothing
Comfortable clothes that can become dirty and closed shoes are recommended. Sunglasses or protective goggles and a face covering can provide additional protection from dust.
Safety Equipment
Helmets are provided for drivers and passengers. Wearing the helmet and following the safety instructions are mandatory.

Protective goggles and face coverings are not included in the tour price and may be purchased separately at the buggy station.

Professional photographs and videos may be recorded during the safari. These are optional and can be purchased separately after the ride for approximately €20.
Health Restrictions
The tour is not recommended for pregnant guests or participants with serious back, mobility or health conditions that could be affected by off-road driving.
Alcohol and Unsafe Behaviour
Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs cannot join the tour. Unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the activity without a refund.

Bodrum Buggy Safari Tour Program
Hotel Pick-Up
The tour begins with pick-up from the main entrance or security gate of your hotel. Morning and afternoon sessions are available, with collection times depending on the location of your accommodation.
Transfer to the Buggy Safari Station
After collecting the participants, the transfer vehicle travels to the buggy safari station in the Bodrum countryside. Upon arrival, guests meet the instructors and are directed to the vehicle preparation area.
Buggy Selection and Introduction
Participants are assigned their vehicles according to their reservations. Guests can drive individually or share a buggy as one driver and one passenger.
The instructors introduce the steering, accelerator and braking system. They also explain how the buggy responds to dusty tracks, bends and uneven ground.
Safety Briefing and Practice Drive
Before the main safari begins, the instructors explain the driving rules and safety procedures. Each driver then completes a short supervised practice drive to become familiar with the vehicle.
Participants who successfully complete the practice drive join the main group behind the lead buggy.
Start of the Buggy Safari
The group leaves the station and enters the off-road route. The opening section allows drivers to become comfortable before continuing towards rougher and more varied terrain.
90-Minute Off-Road Buggy Ride
The guided buggy safari lasts approximately 1–1.5 hours. The route passes through Bodrum’s countryside along dusty tracks, rugged paths, bends and uneven natural surfaces.
Open sections provide views of the surrounding landscape, while narrower and rougher trails create a more active driving experience. Ground conditions may change depending on the weather, with dust, dirt, mud or occasional water splashes forming part of the adventure.
All buggies follow the lead vehicle as an organised group. Racing, overtaking and leaving the designated route are not permitted.
Return to the Buggy Station
After completing the off-road route, the group returns to the buggy station. Participants park their vehicles in the designated area and return the provided safety equipment.
Photo and Video Viewing
Guests can view the photographs and videos recorded during the buggy safari. These are optional and may be purchased separately after the ride.
Return Transfer to the Hotel
Once the group is ready, the transfer vehicle departs from the buggy station. Participants are returned to their hotels or confirmed meeting points, completing a tour of approximately four hours.
