Aqua Park Rules and Mandatory Safety Regulations

The following rules apply throughout the facility and are designed to protect health, safety, and public order. Every visitor is deemed to have accepted these conditions. The facility assumes no responsibility for any consequences resulting from non-compliance.

Family concept is applied on official holidays and weekends. This rule also applies to online ticket purchases.

Certain slides are restricted for children under 120 cm (48") or over 140 cm (56") in height.

Baby boats are free of charge and can be obtained from the Info Center with a 100 TL deposit. Suitable for children between 90–120 cm. Usage requires a preloaded credit card.

Slides are not suitable for individuals with physical disabilities, excessive weight, neck, back, or heart conditions, or pregnancy. High-speed or high-altitude slides and enclosed slides are not suitable for those with related phobias or medical conditions.

All lifeguard instructions and posted signs must be strictly followed. Failure to do so may result in serious injury to yourself or others.

Children under the age of 3 must wear waterproof swim diapers. Standard diapers are not allowed. Failure to comply may lead to pool contamination and closure. Waterproof swim diapers are available at designated sales points.

Guests with contagious conditions such as vomiting or diarrhea are not permitted to use pools or slides.

All bags are subject to inspection for safety and hygiene. Food, beverages, and glass items are not allowed inside the park.

No refunds or rain checks are offered.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Non-swimming children may obtain life vests from customer service in exchange for ID.

Do not wear jewelry or glasses while swimming or sliding.

Valuables should be stored in rental lockers. The facility is not responsible for lost items.
