This wonderful full-day tour will begin with the pick-up from your hotels and our bus will take you along the Golden Horn to experience this interesting area of Istanbul. You will be very interested in the landscapes of the Golden Horn and its surrounding, which have an important role in the history of Istanbul.
Afterwards, we will take the cable car to the hill bearing the name of the famous French writer Pierre Loti and take a great panorama break here. Pierre Loti fell in love with an Ottoman woman named Aziyade and lived in Istanbul.
While sipping your coffee on the Pierre Loti hill with magnificent views of the Golden Horn, you will admire the magnificent Istanbul.
From here we will move to the Royal palace of the Ottoman Empire Dolmabahçe. Dolmabahçe Palace was built by Sultan Abdülmecid in western style. The construction began in 1842 and was completed in 1856. The construction of the palace was undertaken by Armenian architects Garabet and Nikogos Balyan, father and son, and the interior decoration was made by Ch Séchan, the decorator of the Paris opera house. Dolmabahçe Palace, which is a constitutional structure with all its places, was used in the thirty-five of the sixty-eight years from the construction of the Caliph Abdülmecid to the date of departure (1924) and the six sultans and the last caliph lived here. Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, the founder of the Republic of Turkey has closed his eyes to life here.
The clock tower, located next to the Sultanate Gate at the entrance of Dolmabahçe Palace, was built by Sultan Abdulhamid II between 1890 and 1895. The clock tower, built by Sarkis Balyan, one of the architects of Dolmabahçe Palace, shows various artistic style differences. The tower is 27 meters high with Neobarok, Empir and Rococo breezes. It has 4 floors. On both sides of the clock tower is the monogram of Sultan Abdulhamid II. The floor of the stairwells is decorated with colored stones and geometric shapes.
After our visit to Dolmabahçe Palace, we will have time to walk in the Ottoman Royal Garden with the view of the Bosphorus. Then we're going to have lunch here.
After lunch we will do a very enjoyable and wonderful boat trip down the Bosphorus. The boat tour offers spectacular views of the Bosphorus.
After the Bosphorus boat tour, our tour will end and we will return to the hotels. If you wish, you can get off the bus anywhere in the city and continue your day on your own.

Excellent all round tour. Pity it was not clear that we would only see Dolmabahce Palace from the boat !! We wanted to tour inside.
