Visitors to the coastal city of Fethiye in Turkey can enjoy views of the magnificent Saklikent Gorge. It is the second longest gorge in Europe, measuring 18 kilometres in length. On a full-day tour you can visit Saklıkent and its neighbouring sites of Tlos and Yakapark for an unforgettable experience!

The Fethiye Saklikent gorge is an amazing site to visit in Turkey, with steep rock walls and a fast-flowing river running through it. You can explore the gorge on foot, or ride a white water raft down the icy-cold rapids of the river. Nearby, you can find traditional wooden mansions beside the river which can make for great places to rest and relax while admiring the scenery.

Fethiye's Saklikent Gorge is an amazing natural wonder located in Yaka Village near Seydikemer. The area is home to the ancient city of Tlos, a UNESCO World Heritage Tentative Site and one of the oldest settlements in Lycia. Visitors to the acropolis at the entrance of Tlos will be greeted with marvellous nature-dominated views. Rock tombs, bathhouse ruins and gymnasiums are among other amazing features found here. The decorations depicting Bellerophon fighting his mythical Pegasus make this site even more exciting and worth exploring.

Tlos – Yakapark (Nature park) – Saklıkent Gorge Tour,

This tour is done with all-terrain vehicle jeeps.

What you need to bring with you: swimwear, sunglasses, camera, drinks and money for the Saklıkent canyon gorge canyon entrance fee.

Pick-up and drop off service from hotels, hostels or private homes and villas outside of Fethiye, Ölüdeniz, Hisarönü and Ovacık areas is not included in the price, it will be subject to an additional transfer fee. Some of the hotels with an extra charge for pick-up and drop off are listed below.

Join us on an exciting daily excursion from Fethiye, Hisarönü, Ölüdeniz and Ovacık to explore the stunning Saklikent Gorge. The tour is approximately 8 hours long and will take you through beautiful mountain roads, ancient ruins of Tlos and Yakapark nature park. First on the list will be a 50 km journey from Fethiye to Saklikent Valley. At the valley you will experience a unique atmosphere of the 3500-year-old Lycian city of Tlos. After exploring the ruins we will then move onto Yaka Village's trout farm where a delicious lunch awaits - with options such as trout or chicken alongside a large salad platter filled with appetizers offering the perfect ending for your tour in Saklikent Gorge!
