Duration and hotel pickup
The tour lasts approximately 8 hours. Pickup time varies according to your hotel's location and the day's transfer route. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed after booking. Return transfer is provided at the end of the tour.
Underground city visit
Derinkuyu Underground City is the main planned visit. However, the tour may visit Kaymaklı Underground City instead of Derinkuyu; both cities are not visited on the same day. Underground cities contain narrow corridors, low passages and stairs.
Walking in Ihlara Valley
The walk along the Melendiz River is approximately 3 km. Some sections may be uneven or slippery. Comfortable walking shoes with good grip are recommended.
Health and accessibility
Parts of this tour may not be suitable for guests with claustrophobia, reduced mobility, difficulty using stairs or conditions that make walking challenging. Please contact us before booking if you have concerns.
Lunch and inclusions
