Aus unserer Sicht nicht weiter zu empfehlen! Nicht korrekte Tourbeschreibung! Abholung war pünktlich, wir wurden aber als Familie auseinander gerissen um leere Plätze im Bus zu füllen, obwohl noch Plätze für uns 3 möglich gewesen waren. Unser Guide war sehr nett und bemühte sich für uns ins Deutsche zu übersetzen, da wir die Einzigen deutschsprachigen Touristen waren. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür auf diesem Weg. Der Rest der Tour war leider nur enttäuschend. Erster Stop mit Frühstück am Salda See, nur 40 Min. Zeit. (Der See war ca. 10 Min. Vom Restaurant entfernt) also schnell Frühstücken, Bedürfnisgang und schnell zum See-Foto machen und zurück zum Bus. Später wieder 30 Minuten Pause zur Besichtigung in irgendeinem Mineralienmuseum wo man natürlich "einkaufen kann" - wurde in der Tourbeschreibung nicht erwähnt Kurz darauf wieder 45 Minuten Pause zur Weinprobe, wo man natürlich auch wieder "einkaufen kann" - wurde in der Tourbeschreibung auch nicht erwähnt. Die Tour an sich ist schon sehr lang, da muss man doch nicht erst so unnötige Verkaufsveranstaltungen machen. Man hat den Eindruck bekommen, dass die Fahrt für den eigentlichen Anlass "Pamukkale/Hierapolis/Besuch der Travertienterassen" komplett untergeht. Dann gab es Mittag: Kantinenflair/ Buffet Wenn man Anspruchslos ist, ist es Ok. Anschließend ging es dann weiter zum eigentlichen Ergebnis des Tages. "Pamukkale/Hierapolis/Besuch der Travertienterassen" Und jetzt der Hammer... In der Tourbeschreibung bei Buchung war der Besuch mit mindestens 3 Stunden beschrieben und versprochen. Wir haben aber nur 2 Stunden bekommen. Uns wurde gedroht, wenn wir auch nur 5 Minuten zu spät kommen, müssten wir mit dem Taxi nach Hause fahren und es wurde uns gezeigt wo die Taxi stehen. Weiterer Hammer, dafür kann Vigo Tour nichts, aber man hätte es in der Tourbeschreibung erwähnen können,dass das baden im Cleopatra-Pool für Touristen derzeit nicht zugänglich ist. Stattdessen wird mit dem baden darin geworben (gegen Gebühr) Also ging es nach einer Hetztour nach 2 Stunden weiter. Und dafür haben wir 6 Stunden Fahrt hinter uns(von Kumköy) Es gab Abendessen. Wieder Kantinenflair, Buffet. Wir sind eigentlich sehr genügsam, aber dieses Buffet war der knaller. Da hatte man auch keinen wirklichen Appetit mehr. Vielleicht hat aber auch der Gesamteindruck vom Tag zur negativen Sicht des Essens beigetragen. Wir haben uns bereits bei Vigo Tours beschwert und Erstattungsansprüche von 30 % für nicht erbrachten Leistung und nicht zugängliche Attraktionen gestellt. Man versuchte sich über verschiedene Argumente herauszureden, oder versuchte die Schuld bei uns zu suchen. Angeblich wären wir wegen der Wärme viel früher im Bus gewesen. Was nicht stimmte, da wir die Zeit bis zum Schluss nutzten und wir entsprechend der heißen Temperaturen gekleidet waren. Wir waren sogar die letzten im Bus. Diese Unterstellung war die Frechheit schlecht hin. Uns wurde auch anderweitig als der von uns erwarteten Erstattung von 30 % kein Angebot zur Schlichtung gemacht. In der letzten Mail entschuldigte man sich nur mit dem Argument das nicht jeder Perfekt ist und man hat Fehler in der Tourbeschreibung eingeräumt. Jetzt hat man die Tourbeschreibung geändert, da ich auf die Falschaussagen aufmerksam gemacht habe. Weiterer Knaller... es wir im neuen Angebot beschrieben das die Tour wegen der Hitze auf 2 Stunden verkürzt werden kann. A) witzig, in der Hauptsaison bleibt es heiß, also dann ja immer nur 2 Stunden Aufenthalt nach so einer langen Fahrt B) der Guide hat mir erklärt das die Busse nur noch 2 Stunden parken dürfen. Aber man kann sich im Gelände einen privaten guide buchen, mit offenen PKW für ca. 40 Euro, der fährt einen dann durch das Gelände für 1 Stunde. Wir würden die Tour nochmal machen, aber nur privat. Es ist sehr sehenswert und beeindruckend.

Darüber hinaus haben Sie uns beschuldigt, unsere Gäste absichtlich zu täuschen. Dies ist eine schwerwiegende und die Grenzen des gegenseitigen Respekts überschreitende Unterstellung, die wir in aller Deutlichkeit zurückweisen. Am Tag Ihrer Tour herrschten 44 Grad. Bei solch extremen Temperaturen verkürzen wir den Aufenthalt in Pamukkale aus gesundheitlichen Gründen, um unsere Gäste zu schützen. Laut Auskunft unseres Reiseleiters sind Sie selbst aufgrund der Hitze etwa 25 Minuten früher als geplant zum Bus zurückgekehrt. Wie auf unserer Website und in der Tourbeschreibung deutlich angegeben, beträgt die Aufenthaltszeit in Pamukkale „ca. 3 Stunden“. Außerdem wird dort ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass das Tourprogramm von der jeweiligen zeitlichen Verfügbarkeit abhängt. Die Weinverkostungspause war im offiziellen Tourprogramm klar angegeben und wurde auch an Ihrem Reisetag wie geplant durchgeführt. Änderungen an der Website nach Ihrer Tour dienten ausschließlich dazu, zukünftige Missverständnisse zu vermeiden – das eigentliche Programm blieb unverändert. Vigo Tours ist seit 25 Jahren ein etabliertes Reiseunternehmen. Fehler können immer passieren – wir sind nicht perfekt – doch wir möchten betonen, dass wir niemals absichtlich falsche Angaben machen oder unsere Gäste täuschen. Hallo,die Reise war super. Perfekt organisiert und genug Zeit alles in Ruhe zu erkunden. Nur das Abendbrot war nicht der Hit. Getränke kann man preiswert beim Busfahrer kaufen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder mit Vigo Tours einen Ausflug buchen.

Husain is an amazing guide, he knows his stuff and despite the long tiring journey was always happy, singing and in a good mood. The place is unbelievable and the tour is totally worth it. If I should leave a suggestion, is that for the dinner restaurant to improve the menu, the warm food tasted good, but the salads were just sad... Thank you for the care and the lovely experience!

We had a ejoyable trip except shopping stops and food. Ticket to travertines terraces was included in the price, but the thermal pool not. We booked thermal pool extra with the tour guide. The tour price at Vigo Tours was cheaper.

This day was an amazing trip ! A tour bus took us from our hotel (Side Star Elegance) to Pamukkale. A lunch in a nice restaurant (delicous meal) Pamukkale is really an incredible natural beauty.
