This is a long day trip with very early hotel pickup and a return to your hotel at night. The distance from Side to Pamukkale is approximately 310 km each way. Pick-up is generally around 04:30–05:30; your exact time is confirmed after booking.

The Pamukkale and Hierapolis visit usually lasts two to three hours. Walk barefoot on the travertines in designated areas only. Some Hierapolis paths are uneven.

Bring comfortable shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat and water. Pack swimwear and a towel if you are considering a pool visit.

Cleopatra Antique Pool and Red Water Pool cost extra and depend on opening conditions. Drinks are not included with meals. Stop order and return time may change with traffic, weather or operational needs.

The programme may include local shop or workshop stops. Purchases are entirely optional.

• English and Russian guiding are available on every departure. German guiding requires enough German-speaking participants. In low season, Polish guiding also requires enough Polish-speaking participants.
• Tour-vehicle passenger seat insurance is included in the price.
• The barefoot walking areas on Pamukkale's travertines are not wheelchair-accessible. Subject to suitable vehicle and operating arrangements, the tour vehicle may transport a wheelchair user to the pool area; accessible travel across the travertines is not guaranteed. Contact us before booking about access needs.
• No fast-track or skip-the-line admission is provided. Standard entry is generally straightforward; any waiting time depends on visitor numbers.
• Cancellation and refunds: Customer cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the tour starts. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure are non-refundable.
• Infants and seats: Infants travelling free of charge sit on a parent's lap and do not have a separate seat. For children old enough to use their own seat, the guide may request an additional payment during the tour. Please declare children's ages and seating needs when booking.
• Meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included. Meals are standard excursion meals; a buffet or special menu is not guaranteed. Vegetarian meals are possible, and the guide will do their best to help with your request. Please mention dietary needs in advance.
• Slippery surfaces: Wet travertine surfaces can be slippery. Walk carefully and barefoot only in permitted visitor areas.
• Lake Salda protection rules: The lake stop is for sightseeing and photographs. Entering the water or swimming is prohibited in protected sections such as the White Islands area; follow local rules.
• Hierapolis Archaeology Museum: Museum admission is not included in the tour price and requires a separate payment. A visit is only possible as an optional activity if the timetable allows.
