Side Jeep Safari Tour
This is a fun and exciting full-day trip from Side into the Taurus Mountains. You’ll ride in open-top 4x4 jeeps, see nature, visit small villages, and enjoy great views.
In summer, there are fun water fights between the jeeps, and you can also swim. In winter, jeeps are covered and there are no water activities, but the mountain views are still beautiful.
The tour starts in the morning and ends around 5:00 PM. It includes lunch and stops for photos, nature walks, and relaxing by a lake.
It’s a safe and fun trip for families, couples, or groups of friends. Hotel pick-up and drop-off are included.
Bring a towel, swimwear, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and something dry to change into if it’s summer. Keep your phone and camera protected from water.

Side Jeep Safari Tour – Full Program
Your day starts with pick-up from your hotel. The first stop is at an old Roman bridge, a great place to take some photos and enjoy the historic atmosphere. After that, the real adventure begins as the jeeps head off-road through dusty and rocky mountain paths.
The next stop is at the ancient aqueducts, where you can get out and take photos of these impressive ruins. Then, you’ll continue toward Green Lake, where there’s a short break to admire the peaceful view.
In Oymapinar village, you’ll stop for a swim and enjoy fresh Turkish pancakes served with a drink. This is a nice chance to relax and refresh.
After the village, the tour continues to the Oymapinar Dam. There’s a photo break here to enjoy the wide panoramic view. The group then moves on to Green Canyon for another scenic stop and more great photo opportunities.
Lunch is served at a quiet lakeside restaurant. The food is simple and tasty, and the setting is calm and relaxing. After lunch, you can join an optional one-hour boat trip on Green Lake if you wish.
You’ll also visit a village mosque to see a bit of local culture up close. On the way back, the jeeps go off-road again. In summer, there’s a fun water fight between the jeeps. Be prepared to get wet.
Before the tour ends, there’s an optional visit to the Manavgat Waterfall. It’s a nice place to take more photos and enjoy the sound of nature. Finally, you’ll have some free time by the lake where you can swim, fish, or enjoy water park activities.
