Expect Water, Dust and Uneven Roads
The jeeps are open, and parts of the route follow dusty, uneven mountain roads. Water fights between the vehicles are also common, particularly during warmer months. Clothes and personal belongings may become wet or dusty during the safari.
What to Wear and Bring
Comfortable clothes, secure shoes, sunglasses and sun protection are suitable for the mountain journey. Swimwear and a towel are useful when the route includes a freshwater swimming break. A waterproof pouch is recommended for phones, cameras and other sensitive belongings.
A Relaxed Safari Rather Than Extreme Off-Road Driving
The Belek Jeep Safari combines countryside exploration with light off-road driving. Although some sections are rough and bumpy, the experience focuses more on mountain scenery, villages, swimming and the social atmosphere between the jeeps than high-speed or extreme driving.
Health and Accessibility
The tour is not wheelchair accessible. Bumpy roads may be uncomfortable for pregnant guests, people with serious back or neck conditions, elderly participants and families travelling with very young children. Individual health and mobility requirements should be considered before joining.
