Die Organisation war super nur der Shuttlebus unter aller würde geht gar nicht , 40 min verspätung bei der Abholung dann Klimaanlage defekt, Bus unsauber, Fahrer nur am Telefonieren und macht privat Fahrten dadurch 45min umweg zur Delfin Show, anstatt 1h Fahrt fast 2 Stunden unterwegs und viel zu schnell gefahren. Dringend Verbesserungen !!!!!

Vorab möchte ich gerne einige Punkte wirklich positiv hervorheben. Der Shuttle-Service war nämlich hervorragend! Man bekommt am Abend davor die Koordinaten wo der genaue Abholort ist, somit findet man auf jeden Fall den richtigen Fahrer, im Fahrzeug gab es eine Auswahl an Getränken, für kleines Geld. Ebenso muss ich die Organisation von Vigotours wirklich loben, es hat alles super funktioniert. Jetzt kommt das große ABER... Wer eine schöne Show erwartet, den muss ich leider enttäuschen, die Show geht insgesamt ca. 45 min, wobei davon die ersten 10 min nur mit Robben sind, erst danach kommen die Delfine, viele Tricks werden dabei aber nicht gezeigt, sondern immer die gleichen Sachen wiederholt. So wer jetzt denkt super, jetzt geht das Delfinschwimmen direkt los, auch da muss ich enttäuschen, denn jetzt heißt es erstmal Geduld zeigen, wir mussten am Ende mehr als eine Stunde warten. Positiv war dabei man bekam eine Einweisung und auch auf Wunsch eine Schwimmweste. Das eigentliche Schwimmen geht dann leider gerade mal 10 min. Ganz negativ war für mich persönlich das Personal Vorort, die auf Nachfragen nicht sehr freundlich reagiert haben, ebenso die Fotopreise haben es in sich (4 Fotos = 65€), wenn man diese dann noch in Digitaler Variante haben möchte, bezahlt man 5 € extra. Da muss man aber ehrlich sein und sagen Vigotours kann dafür nichts, das ist eben der Veranstalter Vorort.

We have been picked up on time and brought to the dolphinarium. The driver was/is a very nice person, eager to help and answer all questions and due to the fact, that he was speaking a little bit English, he made sure we got contacted by person using our mother tongue. The show and swimming were very nice. I’ve enjoyed every minute. All the staff members were more than nice and helpful with only exception of a girl coming for Iran, who was a bit awkward but even though, if you open your mouth, she will listen. The dolphins are just adorable, the seals taking part at the beginning of the show, too. You can let the photo team to take pictures of you. One thing you have to be aware, the pictures are not for free but you get a nice memento. You don’t do it every day, so it is definitely worth it. You can pay cash or credit card. We have decided ourselves for package with printed album and pictures sent via email as well.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir waren letzte Woche zweimal zum Delfinschwimmen bei Ihnen. Wir hatten eine Klientin dabei die ab dem Hals gelähmt war. Wir hätten nie gedacht , dass so ein Delfinschwimmen möglich ist mit unserer Klientin , aber durch die einfühlsame und behutsame Art ihrer Mitarbeiter ist es gelungen unsere Klientin ins Wasser zu bringen und mit dem Delfin in Berührung zu kommen. Ganz großes Lob an die Mitarbeiter die sich viel Zeit genommen haben für uns, also wir werden ihre Einrichtung auf jeden Fall gerne weiter empfehlen. Nochmals ganz lieben Dank für den schönen Tag mit den Delfinen. Auch die Delfin Show war sehr beeindruckend und spannend vor allem durch die akrobatischen Einlagen. Liebe Grüße
