The hot air balloon flight over Pamukkale and Hierapolis is a special experience that is highly dependent on weather conditions and operational safety rules. Please read the following important information carefully before joining the tour.
— The balloon flight takes place over Pamukkale & Hierapolis. The exact flight route cannot be guaranteed, as it is determined by wind direction and weather conditions on the day of the flight. Each flight is unique.
— Comfortable clothing is strongly recommended. Guests will be standing in the balloon basket during the flight, so comfortable, casual clothing and flat, closed shoes are advised.
— Be prepared for temperature differences. Especially in spring and autumn, the weather in Antalya can be warm, while Pamukkale is noticeably cooler in the early morning hours. During the balloon flight, the temperature may feel even cooler due to altitude — bringing a light jacket or coat is highly recommended.
— Flights are operated at sunrise. For safety and optimal flight conditions, balloon flights take place early in the morning. Transfers usually depart at night to ensure arrival at the launch site before sunrise.
— Weather conditions are decisive. Hot air balloon flights operate strictly under safety regulations. Flights may be canceled due to wind, fog, rain, or sudden weather changes. The final decision is made by the pilot and aviation authorities shortly before takeoff.
— No refunds after reservation. Once the balloon reservation is confirmed, cancellation or refund is not possible. This policy applies due to limited flight capacity and advance operational planning.
— Physical suitability is required. Participants must be able to stand comfortably, climb in and out of the balloon basket, and follow safety instructions. The activity may not be suitable for very young children, pregnant guests, or individuals with serious medical conditions.
— Flights are operated by licensed professionals. All balloon flights are conducted by certified pilots and experienced crews in full compliance with civil aviation regulations.

Thank you for your inquiry.
Due to seasonal weather conditions, hot air balloon flights may be canceled even at the scheduled early morning departure time. For this reason, in order to avoid a long journey without being able to experience the balloon flight, we are currently not operating this tour.
