Tour Program – From Alanya to the Heart of the Taurus Mountains
Your day begins with a morning pick-up from your hotel in Alanya. As you leave the coastline behind, the road gently climbs into the green folds of the Taurus Mountains. Along the way, we’ll stop at roadside stands where local villagers sell fresh seasonal fruits — you’ll have a chance to taste and mingle.
A short rest follows at Ömer Duruk facilities before we reach Sarıhacılar Village — a small but proud settlement famous for its traditional button houses and stone mosque. You'll wander the narrow paths of this village and hear the stories of merchants who once walked its ancient trade route.
Next comes lunch in an old village mansion, where regional dishes are served in a cozy, rustic setting.
In the early afternoon, we drive through Ormana’s lush forests, making a photo stop at the legendary Arapastı Chestnut Tree — a living monument believed to be over 1,000 years old.
Our final destination is Altinbesik Cave, one of Turkey’s hidden natural treasures. Here, a raft takes you silently across the underground lake, where the cool air and limestone formations create a dreamlike atmosphere.
On the way back to Alanya, we make one more comfort stop. By late afternoon, you’ll be back at your hotel — refreshed by nature, culture, and quiet wonder.
