Reservation confirmation is made immediately after online reservation.

We can wait a maximum of 5 minutes for customers who are not ready at the pickup time. Customers who do not come for pickup will not be refunded.

If the paragliding flight cannot take place depending on the weather conditions, the time is changed. If there is still no flight, the full payment will be refunded.

We do our paragliding operation with licensed pilots and professional equipment. Since we do not have any information about your health condition, the responsibility will be entirely your own.
