The day includes transportation from Antalya, a boat cruise on the Manavgat River, lunch on board, time at the local bazaar and admission to Manavgat Waterfall. It is a varied day, with time on the water, an opportunity to swim and enough free time to explore the market independently.

Hotel Pickup and Transfer to Manavgat

Guests are collected in the morning from the designated pickup point for their Antalya hotel. Pickup generally takes place between 07:30 and 08:00, although the exact time depends on the hotel’s location and is confirmed after reservation. The journey to Manavgat is made in an air-conditioned vehicle. Transfer time forms part of the stated nine-hour tour duration.

Manavgat River Cruise and Swimming Break

On arrival in Manavgat, the group boards the boat for a cruise along the river. The route follows the calm water towards the river mouth, passing green riverbanks and quiet stretches away from the busy resort areas. Shaded areas on the boat provide a comfortable place to sit, while the open deck offers clear views of the surrounding landscape.

A break is scheduled close to the point where the Manavgat River reaches the Mediterranean Sea. Here, freshwater and seawater meet on opposite sides of a narrow sandy area. Guests can use the stop to swim, walk along the shore, take photographs or remain on the boat and relax. Swimming is optional, so the excursion is also suitable for guests who prefer to enjoy the scenery.

Lunch on Board

After the cruise, the program continues with free time at Manavgat Bazaar. The main market is held on Mondays and Thursdays, which are also the operating days of this excursion. Its stalls sell clothing, textiles, bags, spices, fresh produce, souvenirs and a wide range of everyday goods.

There is no fixed shopping program during this part of the day. Guests can walk through the market at their own pace, compare prices or observe the atmosphere of a busy local bazaar. Meeting instructions and the departure time are provided before the free-time period begins. Returning to the agreed meeting point on time is important because the tour continues to the waterfall afterward.

Manavgat Waterfall Visit

The final sightseeing stop is Manavgat Waterfall. Rather than falling from a great height, the river flows over a broad rocky ledge, creating the wide cascade for which the site is known. Guests have time to view the waterfall, walk through the surrounding area and take photographs. The entrance fee is included, so no separate admission payment is required on arrival.

Return Transfer to Antalya

Following the waterfall visit, the group leaves Manavgat for the return journey to Antalya. Drop-off is provided at the corresponding hotel or designated arrival point. Return to the Antalya area is expected at approximately 17:30–18:00, depending on traffic and the order of hotel stops.
