Chimaera (Yanartas), known for its mysterious, eternal flames, is one of the best attractions in Kemer. The flames have burned for over 1,000 years without any visible fuel source. These natural fires are located in Beydağları National Park, at an altitude of 230 meters above sea level, near the hills of Çıralı and Olympos. The Chimaera flames were once used as a lighthouse by ancient sailors and can even be seen from the sea.
